Youth Guarantee Course 2012
This course is fully funded by the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC). The focus of this course is to prepare students for a career in the automotive industry. The course runs for 42 weeks and is open to students who are 16 or 17 years old.
As well as completing the industry recognised pre-trade qualification, students can expect to develop their life skills and work readiness skills through a selection of generic unit standards.

Automotive is Tops 2012
This course is fully funded by Ministry of Social Development (MSD). The focus of this course is to assist students with their job seeking. As well as learning some practical trade skills, students can expect to the develop their interviewing and job searchings skills.
The course runs for 13 weeks and is open to students who are registered with Work and Income. Interested students are advised to speak to their case manager to make an appointment.
