2020 - New Zealand Cert in Automotive Engineering

This course provides an excellent grounding for those students that are focused on becoming skilled and highly trained technicians. As well as covering the industry recognised pre-trade qualification the course also covers 87 credits at level 3 which allows students to also earn NCEA level 3. 

As well as a passion for the motor industry prospective students will need to demonstrate that they have the necessary literacy and numeracy skills required to complete the course. Typically for students under 19 this will mean achievement at NCEA level 2 and for those over 20 years achievement at NCEA level 1 as a minimum.
